Asphalt Kinematic Viscosity Tester/ Oil  capillary viscometer(GD-265E)

Introduction

The instrument is designed and made as per the T0619 "Asphalt Kinematic Viscosity Test (Capillary Viscometer Methods" in the Industry Standard JTJ052 Specification and Test Methods of Bitumen and Bituminous Mixture for Highway Engineering.

It is suitable to determine kinematic viscosity of asphalt at a certain temperature.

Characteristics

1. It mounted with digital temperature controller

2. The temperature controlling precision is ±0.01°C.

3. The testing bath is made of hard glass, equiped with electric stiriing device, that can keep the equilibrium temperature in the bath.

4. Two bases, inner and outer bath, could keep a good heating reservation.

Capillary viscometer: 7 pieces of Cannon-Fenske reserve-flow capillary viscometer tubes in a group; their models are 200, 300, 350, 400, 450, 500, 600 respectively (Corresponding diameters are 1.02, 1.26, 1.48, 1.88, 2.20, 3.10 and 4.00 mm). The users should prepare Ubbelohde type viscometer tubes by themselves.
